Ministry 101: Equipping for the Work of Ministry

Ministry 101 is a discipleship and leadership seminar designed to help believers discover their God-given calling, develop their gifts, and confidently step into meaningful ministry.

Whether you’re new to serving, exploring where God is leading you, or looking to strengthen your ministry foundation, this seminar will equip you with practical, biblical teaching to help you serve with confidence, humility, and excellence.

Join us as we discover that ministry isn’t reserved for a select few—it’s the calling of every believer. Together, we’ll explore God’s design for His Church, uncover the unique gifts He has placed within each of us, and learn how to faithfully use those gifts to build His Kingdom.

Grounded in Scripture and led by the Holy Spirit, Ministry 101 is an important step in the Destiny LEAD Academy discipleship pathway, equipping ordinary believers to become faithful servants and effective leaders.

Discover that every believer is called and equipped by God for ministry.
Understand the biblical purpose of ministry and the role of every member in building the Body of Christ.

Develop practical tools for serving with confidence, humility, integrity, and excellence.
Create a personal pathway for discovering, developing, and deploying their gifts in the local church and beyond.
Leave encouraged, equipped, and ready to take their next step in God’s Kingdom.

Seminar begins on THURSDAY EVENING and ends on SATURDAY at Noon.
